Allow Parents to take a Supervised Photograph of their Baby Admitted to the NICU at Hospitals in Jamaica

When babies are born and have been identified as having a medical challenge they are usually admitted to the hospital's NICU for observation/treatment. Most NICUs have a no cellphone policy which we can understand for privacy concerns. The challenge is that the parents are usually have no photograph of the child and the reality is that some babies may never go home because they die at the hospital. Imagine your child dying and not having a photograph to remember them.
The Government should mandate hospitals to give parents the right to take at least one photograph (supervised) of their child so that if God forbid their child does not survive then at the very least they will have that photograph.
