The Most Hon. Andrew Holness hands over title for service lot to a young beneficiary of the Windcrest Hills (Hellshire Phase 2) in St. Catherine. The National Housing Trust (NHT) has developed seventy (70) service lots at Windcrest Hills (Hellshire Phase 2). The serviced lots form part of ninety-two (92) service lots, twenty-two (22) of which were handed over in 2019.
