I was honoured to be invited by the Delaware State University to deliver the keynote address at the University’s graduate commencement ceremony 2024.

Among the graduating cohort, 38 Jamaicans received masters and doctoral degrees.

The Delaware State University has a long and rich history spanning 133 years. A historically black college, Delaware State University is among the most diverse institutions in the United States. The University has established strong ties with tertiary institutions in Jamaica and we will continue to strengthen our partnership.
