Installation Ceremony for the Hon. Joseph Issa, CD, JP, Custos Rotulorum of St. Ann
On Thursday, I officially welcomed the Hon. Joseph Issa, CD, JP, as the new Custos of St. Ann at the historic Seville Heritage Park.
As the first citizen of the parish, the Custos represents the Governor-General, fosters civic pride, and ensures justice and service reach every corner of the parish.
