The Issue:

The 2nd peripheral road leading to Bowden Hill (Commondo) (off Bowden Hill Road) is in a state of total neglect.

This has led to:

<strong>Security Risks:</strong> Police are unable to patrol properly, leading to increased crime.
<strong>Danger to Residents:</strong> Elderly persons and workers must walk this dark, broken road at night.
<strong>Lack of Access:</strong> Taxis, delivery trucks, and emergency vehicles cannot enter the community safely.

We, the undersigned residents of Bowden Hill and surrounding areas, demand the proper fixing and paving of this road to ensure the safety and security of our community.
