President Kagame and I share a deep love for our people and believe we can accomplish great things together. We caught up with each other during the meeting of CARICOM recently and discussed the progress of the bilateral agreements signed during his visit to Jamaica in April last year.

There is much we can learn from each other and we remain committed to strengthening the Jamaica-Rwanda partnership.
