The Hon. Mr. Justice Patrick Brooks, CD, was sworn in as President of the Court of Appeal at a ceremony at King’s House on Monday, December 7. Access to justice in a timely manner is fundamental for a well-functioning society. A fair and efficient justice system is also a critical element of any country’s plan for the prosperity of its people. We welcome the Honourable Justice Patrick Brooks as the new President of the Court of Appeal.
