Born from determination and partnership, this housing project by the Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) and Henan Fifth Construction Group is already changing lives. With a range of options including modest bungalows to modern split-level homes, this community offers something for everyone, from young professionals to returning residents.

This development is part of the Government’s bold goal to provide 70,000 housing solutions in five years, with HAJ delivering 14,000.
