The National Housing Trust is entering a new era of transformation, and in my recent interview, I outlined a clear shift in our approach. We are moving our focus from financing demand to directly addressing the supply of housing.

With 41,000 units currently in development and a commitment to deliver 60,000 more, we are reducing bureaucracy, making better use of existing infrastructure, and modernizing our urban spaces. I see housing as the foundation of productivity, culture, and the overall strength of our society. Through this work, we are ensuring that more Jamaicans can access safe, and secure housing.
