Mr. Leo Chin, who is visually impaired, and his sister Linda, his caretaker, were living in unimaginable conditions-a leaking zinc structure barely holding up.

Through the New Social Housing Programme and with the recommendation of Dr. Peter Phillips, MP for St. Andrew East Central, we have stepped in to provide them with a safe and dignified home. s
