Andrew Holness yesterday launched the Government’s Shelter Recovery Programme, an initial $10 billion Post- Hurricane Melissa response initiative, prioritizing roof restoration, targeted grants, modular housing solutions and strict accountability to support Jamaica’s most vulnerable households.
